We offer
- Gross hourly wage between €15.52 and €17.05 (from age 20, depending on experience)
- 50% extra pay for working weekends and/or public holidays
- 30% extra pay for weekday evening and night hours after 21:30
- Free parking at the location
- A contract of 7 months with intention to extend.
- Salary paid every 4 weeks, so 13 payments per year
- Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre if you travel 20 km or more per day
- 8% holiday allowance, 10% holiday hours accrual and a 5% year-end bonus
- 26 vacation days based on full-time employment and an extra day off on your birthday

Your jobHolland Casino Amsterdam West is a lively location near Sloterdijk, where everything needs to run smoothly behind the scenes.
As a Kitchen Steward / Service Assistant, you help keep the kitchen and service areas clean, organised and ready for use.
Your daily tasks include:
- Washing dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organised
- Cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors and equipment
- Moving and organising kitchen supplies and materials
- Supporting the team with other cleaning and service tasks when needed
This is a physically demanding job. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, moving around, carrying items and working at a steady pace. If you enjoy active work, this could be a great match!
Working hoursYou work 25–30 hours per week, with different shifts:
- 13:30–22:00
- 20:00–00:00
- 22:00–05:00
The location operates seven days a week, so you need to be flexible and available for evening, night and weekend shifts.

You are - Available for 25–30 hours a week, including evenings, nights and weekends

- Reliable, motivated and happy to work in a busy environment
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to travel to Holland Casino Amsterdam West, including for late shifts
Experience in dishwashing or hospitality is a plus, but not required. Your motivation matters most!
Because you'll be working at Holland Casino, there are a few additional requirements: - You must be at least 18 years old.
- You need to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG), which we will of course pay for.
- You are happy to complete an additional internal screening by Holland Casino.
