We offer
- Gross hourly salary starting from €16.70, depending on work experience*
- Salary paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year)
- Travel allowance from 20 km per day of €0.14 per kilometer
- 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
- 10% vacation hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
- 26 vacation days for a full-time contract and an extra day off on your birthday
- 7-month employment contract with a 1-month probation period and the prospect of a permanent contract

Your jobAs a Hands-On Housekeeping Supervisor, you make sure the rooms are clean, the team knows what to do and everything runs smoothly.
Because The Lancaster is a smaller hotel, teamwork is especially important. You won't just supervise from the sidelines. You work alongside your colleagues and help clean rooms whenever needed.
Your daily tasks include:
- Coordinating the daily housekeeping activities and dividing tasks among the team
- Checking guest rooms to make sure they meet our quality standards
- Supporting, guiding and motivating your housekeeping colleagues
- Cleaning guest rooms yourself when needed
- Training new colleagues and helping them feel welcome
- Working closely with the hotel to ensure guests have a great experience
You will normally work between
11:00 and 19:00, with shifts spread across the week, including weekends.

You are - Experiences in hotel housekeeping, preferably with supervisory or team-leading responsibilities
- Able to organise the daily work and maintain high cleaning standards
- Confident guiding colleagues and communicating with the hotel
- Hands-on, flexible and happy to help wherever needed
- Fluent in English
- Available for 30–35 hours per week, including weekends
- Living in Amsterdam or nearby
