We offer
- Gross hourly wage starting from €15.52, depending on experience*
- Salary paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year)
- Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre from 20 km per day
- 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
- 10% holiday hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
- 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract

Your jobTogether with your colleagues, you ensure that The Social Hub Rotterdam looks spotless every day. Thanks to your efforts, guests can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay from the moment they arrive.
What will you do?
- Clean hotel rooms, hallways, and public areas
- Make beds and change bed linen
- Clean bathrooms and dust furniture
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Replenish guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels
- Maintain high hygiene and quality standards throughout the hotel
Every room you complete contributes directly to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Working Hours & Days
- Working hours are between 09:00 and 16:00
- Flexible working days between Monday and Sunday
- Average working week of 15 to 20 hours
Together, we'll create a schedule that works for both you and the hotel.

You are - Flexible and available to work different shifts, including weekends
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Comfortable communicating in Dutch and/or English
- Detail-oriented and passionate about cleanliness
- Living in Rotterdam or the surrounding area
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
