Wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage from €15.52, depending on your work experience*
• Salary every 4 weeks, which means 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance: €0.14 per kilometre when travelling 20 km or more per day
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours accrual and a 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on full-time employment, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• 7 months contract with the intention to extend (including 1 month prooftime)
• The opportunity to obtain your SVS cleaning diploma
• Training and development opportunities to grow into roles such as Supervisor or Team Leader

Jouw baan
As a Public Area Cleaner at Greystar Hollendrecht, you help keep the shared areas clean, fresh and welcoming. The work is not very heavy, but it is important that you are comfortable with an early start and that you can be flexible when extra cleaning is needed.
You will work in a small team with colleagues from different nationalities. English is enough for this job, so Dutch is not required. The atmosphere is friendly and personal, and because the team is small, it is important that you are reliable and work well together with your colleagues.

Your main tasks are:

• Cleaning toilets and other sanitary areas
• Dusting surfaces
• Vacuuming
• Mopping floors
• Cleaning public and shared spaces
• Helping with room cleaning when needed

Work Schedule:

• 7:00 - 12:00
• 5 days a week and always on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Flexibility on other days is required.
