We offer
- Gross hourly wage from β¬18.20, starting from 20 years old
- Guidance from experienced colleagues
- Initial contract of 7 months, including a 1-month probationary period, with the intention of extending
- Salary paid every four weeks, giving you 13 payments per year
- Travel allowance of β¬0.14 per kilometre
- 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
- 10% accrual of holiday hours and a 5% year-end bonus

Your jobYou will start at a four- or five-star hotel in Amsterdam. Here, you will learn about the location, the team and the procedures, systems and working methods of EW Facility Services.
During the first three months, you will work as a Housekeeping Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and supporting housekeeping employees
- Distributing the daily tasks
- Performing room and quality inspections
- Monitoring the planning and progress
- Training and supporting new employees
During the following three months, you will develop into the role of Assistant Housekeeping Manager. You will receive more responsibility and support the Housekeeping Manager with:
- Preparing staff schedules
- Monitoring quality and productivity
- Conducting conversations with employees
- Completing administration and reports
- Working with systems such as Mijn EW, IP and Ubeeo
- Maintaining contact with the hotel
After six months, we will evaluate your development. Following a positive evaluation, you will continue the programme. The goal is to prepare you to independently manage the housekeeping department of a hotel after approximately 12 months.

Jij bent - Experienced as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within hotel cleaning
- Comfortable in guiding employees, distributing tasks and performing quality inspections
- Available full-time for at least four and preferably five days per week
- Flexible availability from Monday to Sunday, including weekends
- Good command of the English language
- Comfortable working with digital systems or willing to learn
- Responsible, motivated and able to guide and support others
- Living in Amsterdam or the surrounding area
Experience in a four- or five-star hotel is an advantage
