Wij bieden

• A gross hourly wage from €16.70, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, so 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance from 20 km per day of €0.14 per kilometer
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours build-up and 5% end-of-year bonus
• 26 vacation days with a full-time contract and an extra day off on your birthday
• An 8-month employment contract with a one-month probation period and the possibility of a permanent contract

Jouw baan
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton The Hague, you lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable stay. You will work in an international environment with a multicultural team where English and Dutch are spoken. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people and wants to grow within a global hotel brand.

What you'll be doing
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet Hilton's quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and motivating the Housekeeping team.
• Inspecting cleaned rooms and public areas.
• Resolving small issues and supporting team members.
• Assisting with cleaning when needed.
• Handling light administrative tasks and supporting daily housekeeping operations.
• Communicating with the Front Office regarding guest requests and room status.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety at all times.

Working hours:

• 20–25 hours per week (4–5 days).
• Shifts between 08:00 and 17:00.
  
  • Opening shifts: 08:00 – 15:00.
  • Regular shifts: 10:00 – 17:00.
• Weekend availability required.

Jij bent

• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality
• An eye for detail and quality
• A flexible attitude, including availability on weekends
• Good communication skills in English
• Dutch is a plus, but not required.
• Living in The Hague or nearby
