Make a difference as Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Phytosanitary)
Monitor, interpret and communicate global phytosanitary regulations, with a focus on the EU legal framework;
Support implementation of phytosanitary requirements across the organisation;
Identify and resolve trade barriers and regulatory challenges;
Prepare clear reports on key regulatory developments;
Lead process improvements in response to regulatory changes;
Collaborate closely with Seed Operations, Sales and R&D.
You will be part of a specialised team focused on regulatory affairs, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to the Regulatory Affairs Manager (Phytosanitary).
What you bring as a future colleague
A master’s degree, preferably in Legal, Regulatory Affairs or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in regulatory affairs or roles involving procedures, protocols, laws and regulations (import/export experience is a plus);
Strong legal analytical skills and understanding of the EU legal framework;
Ability to interpret scientific texts and plant health regulations;
Skilled in communicating legislative changes to diverse audiences;
Independent, proactive and collaborative decision-maker;
Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are an advantage;
Strong organisational, communication and planning skills;
Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
