Wij bieden
- Gross hourly wage from €17.58, depending on your experience (from age 20).
- Salary paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year).
- Travel allowance from 20 km per day at €0.14 per kilometer.
- 8% holiday allowance, paid in May.
- 10% holiday hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus.
- 26 vacation days for full-time employees, plus an extra day off on your birthday.
- 8-month contract with 1 month probation.
- Opportunity to obtain your SVS cleaning diploma (basic cleaning training).
Jouw baanAs a Floor Specialist at EW Expert Direct, your skills make a real difference. You’ll maintain floors across The Netherlands, work with professional machines, and lead a small team.
Your role: - Scrub, polish, strip, and coat floors.
- Operate and care for cleaning machines safely.
- Lead 1–2 colleagues and ensure high-quality results.
- Travel to various locations across the Netherlands.
- Assist with other cleaning tasks like carpets or chairs when needed.
Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 18:00
Base location: Amsterdam (work nationwide)

- In possesion of a valid driver’s license (B).
- Experienced with cleaning or machines (a plus, but not required).
- Reliable, independent, and flexible.
- Ready to travel across the Netherlands for exciting assignments.
