Wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage starting from €16.11, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks (standard 13 payments per year)
• Travel allowance from 20 km per day at €0.14 per km
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% vacation hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days for full-time employees, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• Employment contract of 8 months with one month probation and potential for a permanent contract

Jouw baan
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at CitizenM Amsterdam Airport, you will ensure that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable stay. You’ll lead and support the housekeeping team, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, inspecting rooms and public areas, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and service.

Your role is hands-on and dynamic: you’ll motivate the team, solve problems on the spot, and ensure smooth communication between housekeeping and other hotel departments. You’ll also train new team members, support professional development, and help maintain a positive, efficient work environment.

Work Schedule:

• 5 days a week (including weekends)
• 9am - 17pm with flexible finish times depending on hotel occupancy – some days you may finish earlier or later

Jij bent

• Available to work Monday through Sunday, with at least one weekend day per week.
• Experienced cleaner with some supervisory and administrative experience
• Speaks English
• Able to work independently and with attention to detail
• Residing in the Schiphol area or immediate surroundings
