- A gross hourly wage starting from €17.58, depending on your experience.

What you will do
As an Assistant Cleaning Manager, you are the right hand of the Site Manager. You support the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching, guiding, and training cleaning staff.
- Carrying out quality checks.
- Providing clear instructions on materials, equipment, and machines (including scrubber-dryers and cleaning robots).
- Working alongside the team when necessary.
- Monitoring compliance with work agreements.
During the Site Manager’s vacation periods, some of the work will shift to the mornings.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, mainly 15:00 – 21:30.
- 14:00 – 21:30 is also possible.

Who you are
- Experienced as an (assistant) manager, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- A leader who can motivate and coach employees.
- Communicative and fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
- Technically skilled with cleaning machines and equipment, or willing to learn.
- Flexible and not afraid to occasionally work alongside the team.
