Wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage starting at €16.11, depending on your experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, which means 13 payments per year
• 8% holiday allowance, paid out in May
• 10.5% accrual of vacation hours and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment) and an extra day off on your birthday
• 8-month employment contract with a one-month probation period and the possibility of a permanent contract

Jouw baan
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Housekeeping team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the hotel and guide the housekeeping staff in delivering top-level service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance
• Provide training, support, and feedback to housekeeping staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Report and follow up on maintenance requests
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as need

Jij bent

• Available to work from Monday to Sunday (at least two weekends per month)
• Experienced cleaner in 5- and 4-star hotels
• Ready for the next step in your career and eager to grow into an assistant manager role in the future
• English speaking (requirement)
• Able to work independently and with great attention to detail
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby
