We offer

• Competitive gross hourly wage starting from €18.46*
• 13 salary payments per year (every 4 weeks)

Your job
We are looking for a committed and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our Housekeeping team at Hotel NIU The Fender, a modern and stylish hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam Oost,

As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and smooth operation of the housekeeping department. Your tasks will include:

• Managing daily housekeeping operations and staff schedules
• Leading, motivating, and training the housekeeping team
• Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards
• Conducting regular inspections and quality checks
• Managing inventory and ordering cleaning supplies when needed
• Coordinating with front office and maintenance departments
• Supporting and mentoring staff to ensure professional growth and development
• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times

Working Hours & Availability

• Full-time position (approx. 38 hours per week)
• Shifts begin around 08:00 and finish between 16:00–17:00
• Availability to work at least 2 weekends per month is required

• A working knowledge of English
