Wij bieden
- Gross hourly wage starting from €16.01, depending on your work experience*
- Salary paid every 4 weeks – meaning you receive 13 payments per year
- Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometer, starting from 20 kilometers per day
- 8% holiday allowance, paid out in May
- 10% accrual of vacation hours and 5% year-end bonus
- 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
- 8-month employment contract with a 1-month probation period and the possibility of a permanent contract

Jouw baan
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for leading, coaching, and monitoring the cleaning team. You ensure that all areas – offices, meeting rooms, and common spaces – are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently every evening. You are the on-site point of contact and oversee the quality of all cleaning work.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the cleaning team (aprox. a team of 18)
- Coach team members on quality and efficiency
- Inspect and ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Train and onboard new staff
- Report to the Housekeeping Manager
- Act as the first point of contact for any questions or incidents
Work Schedule:
- Monday till Friday
- 16.00PM - 21.30PM

Jij bent
- Proven experience as a supervisor/team leader in cleaning
- Good command of English language
- Independent, detail-oriented, and communicative
- Strong eye for quality and organization
- Available Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 21:30
- Living in Amsterdam or nearby.
