Wij bieden

  • A gross hourly wage starting at €17.48, depending on your work experience*
  • Salary payment every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year
  • 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
  • 10% accrual of vacation hours and a 5% year-end bonus
  • An 8-month employment contract with a one-month probation period and the prospect of a permanent contract

Jouw baan
As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily housekeeping operations. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the department, maintain quality standards, and support a motivated and efficient team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in supervising, training, and motivating the housekeeping team.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory and ensure timely ordering of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
  • Handle guest feedback regarding housekeeping and resolve any concerns promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Support the Housekeeping Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting.

Jij bent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role and/or management function within the housekeeping department
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellence.
