In this role, you combine project planning, process improvement, and people leadership, while working at the heart of Enza Zaden's breeding innovation.

In this role, your work will include:

  • Monitoring project progress, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring timelines and quality objectives are achieved;
  • Collecting, assessing, and reporting project results, maintaining accurate data and administration, and following up on deviations;
  • Preparing, performing, and assessing molecular marker analyses, interpreting selection information, and optimising LCA workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and seed-to-seed cycles;

  • Acting as a key user in the development, testing, implementation, and adoption of software solutions that support LCA processes, including training colleagues in their use;

What you bring as our future colleague

You combine a strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain an overview of complex processes and multiple parallel projects. You enjoy keeping multiple projects moving forward simultaneously, can quickly identify bottlenecks, and know how to align people and resources to achieve project goals. With your analytical mindset and strong communication skills, you build effective relationships across teams and help create an environment where colleagues can perform at their best. You are comfortable combining hands-on operational involvement with team leadership and continuous improvement.

In addition, you have:

  • A bachelor's degree (HBO/BSc) in Plant Breeding, Genetics, or Agriculture/Plant Sciences with relevant knowledge of plant breeding and/or genetics;
