What you bring as our future colleague

As a Team Lead Seed Production, you are a hands-on professional who knows how to lead people in a clear, engaged, and supportive way. You motivate your team, maintain oversight of daily operations, and are not afraid to work alongside your colleagues on the shop floor. With your strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset, you contribute to the continued growth and success of our Luttelgeest location.

In addition, you bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in crop cultivation and/or people management;

  • Affinity with horticulture and vegetable production activities in a greenhouse environment;

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, combined with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical improvements;

  • As English is the main working language at our Luttelgeest location, you are comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing. Speaking Dutch is a plus, but not required;

  • A proactive and motivating attitude, with a willingness to actively contribute to the daily operations in the greenhouse.
