Make a difference as Strategic HR Business Partner

You pro-actively partner with either the Chief Scientific Officer or the Chief Operations Officer and senior leadership, helping to shape the future of Enza Zaden by providing insights on people and organizational topics to support business strategy.


• Driving organizational development and guiding transformation initiatives.
• Coach and develop leadership capabilities and enhancing team effectiveness
• Collaboration with management in order to realize the optimal workforce planning and ensuring the long-term alignment of talent and strategy.
• Managing talent, succession planning, and implementing HR projects across regions.
• Contributing to the HR management team to drive the company-wide HR strategy forward.

You translate business demands into actionable HR requirements, collaborating with CoEs and regional/local HRBPs and drive organizational effectiveness by aligning HR strategies with business needs and objectives.

What you bring as a future colleague

• A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience, with a focus on partnering with senior management.
• Proven success in leading complex HR projects and delivering strategic business impact.
• Strong affinity for working with international teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.

Tweede interview
Before you start your second interview, you have to make an OPQ. In your second interview we will go through your scores and you will meet the manager of the department.

Are we both positive after the second interview? Then we call you to share the good news. We will send you an email with the terms of employment and further information.

Do you agree with the terms of employment? Congratulations! You are now officially an Enza Zaden employee.
Onboarding
After a warm welcome on your first day of work, you will start a 3-month onboarding process where you will get to know your team, buddy, department and the company.
Proeftijd
After 2 months there will be an interview to see if we are both still satisfied with each other.
