Quality Assurance Specialist

What are you going to do?

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Enza Zaden, you will implement and maintain the Quality Assurance Program. You’ll conduct internal audits, lead root cause analyses, and support departments in delivering high-quality products. Your role also includes providing training, supporting external audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Implement and manage QA tools and support the development of new ones.

• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure up-to-date documentation and data.

• Plan and execute audits, analyze results, and develop improvement plans.

• Provide training and support to internal auditors and Quality Officers.

• Participate in quality and efficiency improvement projects across departments.

• Prepare QA reports and contribute to the annual management review.

• Stay updated on audit and certification requirements.

Your power

• An HBO or bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Microbiology, Plant or Food Science, or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or related role

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, with experience in ISO systems preferred

• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will work closely with department managers, team leads, and external auditors to ensure that quality standards are consistently met across the organization. Located in our headquarters in Enkhuizen, the Netherlands, you report directly to the Manager Quality Assurance.
