The Project you will working on:

The project is to migrate the current data products to our new foundation. When we have our new foundation we can start with tasks like:

• Build Dashboard/Report on new foundation

• Migrate measures to new foundation

• Clean up foundation

• Implement new template in the current data product

• Optimize measures

• Implement signaling in current data products

• Think along with how we can optimize our data products

• Introduce new functionalities

• Help with organizing our workspace

• Helping with implementing deployment pipeline

• Inspire team with new and latest developments (bi related)

Make a difference as an interim BI Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Visualization: Create insightful reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Data Integration: Connect multiple data sources to provide comprehensive answers to business questions.

• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of self-service BI reports, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective.

• Strategic Alignment: Align data and reporting demands with the strategic goals of the function and the organization.

• Training and Support: Advise, train, and support colleagues in using BI tools to foster a data-savvy culture.

• Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of reporting setups, standards, and procedures.

• Security and Compliance: Implement necessary security standards and report certifications to secure and democratize data.

Meet the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates closely with various functions across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Data, Analytics, and Reporting, you will work with data engineers, data stewards, and other analysts to drive data initiatives forward.

What you bring as a interim BI Reporting Specialist

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., PowerBI), SQL, ERP systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

• Training Skills: Experience in training and supporting colleagues in using data tools.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to structure and prioritize complex information and tasks.
