Do you want to work in an innovative and fast-moving supply chain and processing environment? Join our growing planning team in the Supply Chain organisation!
Within our Supply Chain team, the Processing & Testing planning team is responsible for the planning of all processes and tests in Enkhuizen, our main hub handling 80% of all processes and tests performed by Enza Zaden worldwide.
We are looking for a Detailed Planner/Scheduler that will help us building the Detailed Scheduling capability. You will help developing and implementing a new planning tool for our short term (0-12 weeks) detailed processing & testing. Once implemented, you will drive the short-term detailed processing & testing plan for the supply hub of Enza Zaden in Enkhuizen.
Reporting to the Planning Manager Processing & Testing, you will be part of a team of six. The total Supply Chain team consists of 25 employees, all located in Enkhuizen.
What are you going to do?
In this role, your main responsibilities include:
Translating short-term processing and testing requirements into a detailed schedule, prioritizing seed productions, testing, and processing to ensure the supply plan is met (0-12 weeks);
Making planning trade-off decisions and communicating them to internal stakeholders, such as Tactical Planner Processing & Testing, Supply Planners, and Production Planners on stock seed;
Reporting and analysing key processing and testing KPIs to identify and address performance gaps, sharing results with other stakeholders within Enza Zaden;
Maintaining planning tools, parameters, system tables, and processing/testing sequences;
Facilitating performance reviews with the Planning Manager Processing & Testing and Global Manager Planning to challenge and improve, based on performance trends and opportunities;
Providing input to the S&OP process through monthly Processing & Testing reviews.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
Higher Educational level (HBO, Bachelor, College), preferably in Supply Chain management / Business Administration / Engineering;
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
Experience with Production scheduling/ Detailed scheduling is considered a plus;
Ability to analyse and work with complex problems and large sets of data;
Effective communication and collaborative skills;
Computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, planning systems);
Fluent Dutch and proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
