Help us, as a Content Specialist Employer Branding (internal Content Specialist), to shape how the world sees Enza Zaden, from the inside out. We are looking for someone who loves stories, branding, and a good creative challenge. Someone who gets excited about turning culture into content, and content into connection.

This is not a keep the engine running kind of role. It is a new role. Which means there is room to build, experiment, and make things your own. You will be the voice behind our employer brand, translating who we are into stories that attract the right people, and make them want to stay.

Why this role matters

  • You will be laying the foundation for our global employer brand: from defining our content strategy to creating the first stories that bring it to life. You’ll shape the plan, but also make it happen.

  • You will be working cross-functionally, connecting all the dots between culture and careers.

  • You will have creative freedom within our employer brand to develop campaigns, formats, and ideas that stand out, and actually work.

What you will be doing

  • Creating content and campaigns that bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life, both online and offline.

  • From social storytelling and digital campaigns to real-world activations like career fairs, campus events, and internal campaigns. You will make sure our brand comes to life wherever people meet us.

  • Planning and running employer branding campaigns that support our hiring needs and long-term goals.

  • Managing our content strategy across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and other key platforms.

  • Launching employee-led storytelling and ambassador programs.

  • Supporting and training recruiters and hiring managers worldwide on how to use our EVP in storytelling, social media, and candidate conversations.

  • Helping colleagues become confident brand ambassadors, ensuring our story is told consistently and authentically everywhere.

Who you will be working with

You will be part of the Communications team, reporting to the Brand Manager. You will work side-by-side with Recruitment, HR, and the Digital Channels Manager, plus a bunch of enthusiastic colleagues who love sharing what they do. Your home base is Enkhuizen, with a hybrid setup possible depending on team needs.

What you bring

  • Experience in content creation, branding, or communications.

  • A solid sense of storytelling, you know how to turn a strategy into scroll-stopping content.

  • You understand how digital channels work and what engages people.

  • You are comfortable juggling multiple projects and stakeholders.

  • You think in ideas, not just deliverables, and you are curious to test what works.

  • You write fluently in English and are not afraid to give things your own twist.

Soft skills count just as much. You are collaborative, curious, and proactive. Someone who likes to make things happen, not wait for instructions. You are a builder, not only a maintainer.
