Make a difference as a Shipping Specialist

• Process import and export orders in the ERP system, perform invoice verification, and prepare necessary documents and certificates.

• Coordinate all shipping activities, including transportation planning and freight arrangements for our seeds worldwide.

• Act as a liaison between growers, producers, logistics service providers, embassies, inspection authorities, and the Chamber of Commerce.

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding the import and export of seeds by preparing accurate documents.

• Collaborate with Distribution to coordinate order shipments and provide support to Customer Services.

As part of a team of 8, you will work closely with internal departments, external carriers, and customers to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you bring as a future colleague

• A practical and customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

• An mbo-4 or bachelor diploma preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Recent Bachelor graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Solid knowledge of shipping processes, transport legislation, and customs regulations; air freight knowledge is a plus.

• Familiarity with phytosanitary regulations and trade agreements.

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy under pressure, and excellent communication abilities in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
