This is why you want to join us as Interim Production Planner Open Field at Enza Zaden

  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and globally oriented production planning environment.

  • Contribute to feeding the world by coordinating seed production across the globe.

  • Engage in strategic decision-making and innovative planning practices.

 

Make a difference as Field Production Planner Open Field

  • Coordinate tactical seed production planning for open field crops based on market demand.

  • Place seed crops at optimal production locations worldwide, ensuring the best price/quality ratio.

  • Create and validate capacity planning using advanced planning software.

  • Address and resolve planning constraints while contributing to monthly decision-making.

  • Manage operational production planning activities like overproduction adjustments.

  • Develop strategic planning scenarios and provide input for long-term business cases.

  • Report on KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.

 

What you bring as a future colleague

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, agriculture, or a related technical field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in production or supply chain roles.

  • Strong affinity with (vegetable) cultivation and automated planning/ERP systems.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage complex data sets.

  • Initiative, systematic approach, and ability to work independently.

  • Outstanding communication skills and international orientation.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

Telefonische screening

Eerste interview
In the first interview you can expect an introductory meeting and we look off our position fits you.
Assessment
In some cases it is possible that you will receive a business case assessment, this differs per position.
Tweede interview
Before you start your second interview, you have to make an OPQ. In your second interview we will go through your scores and you will meet the manager of the department.
Aanbod
Are we both positive after the second interview? Then we call you to share the good news. We will send you an email with the terms of employment and further information.
Aangenomen
Do you agree with the terms of employment? Congratulations! You are now officially an Enza Zaden employee.
Onboarding
After a warm welcome on your first day of work, you will start a 3-month onboarding process where you will get to know your team, buddy, department and the company.
Proeftijd
After 2 months there will be an interview to see if we are both still satisfied with each other.
