As a Recruitment Business Partner, you know better than anyone how to attract the right candidates and build a future-proof recruitment process. You guide your clients through developments in the labour market and advise them on how to translate these trends into an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy.
At EN HR solutions, we combine smart data insights and marketing expertise to create the perfect match and help organisations truly grow. We are not a traditional recruitment agency; instead, we become an integral part of our clients' recruitment teams and act as a strategic partner.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, your primary focus is on filling vacancies on time with the right quality of talent. After all, having the right people on board enables our clients to achieve their business objectives. In addition, you act as a recruitment expert, continuously looking for ways to improve and optimise recruitment processes. Thinking ahead, finding solutions, and responding to the challenges of today and tomorrow are all part of your role.
The assignments you work on are diverse. Are you recruiting for a permanent position or a temporary role? Does the vacancy require a proactive search strategy, or is there internal talent that could be the perfect fit? You know how to engage the right stakeholders and identify the ideal candidate. By making informed decisions and providing strategic advice, you become a trusted partner to your clients.
Recruitment is only part of the story. Marketing also plays a key role in your success. Together with our recruitment marketing specialists, you will help build strong employer brands and develop targeted campaigns that attract the right talent. You take ownership, coordinate the process, and ensure the right approach is implemented.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you are a strong communicator with a results-driven mindset. You are confident in making decisions and approach recruitment with a fresh and critical perspective. You combine strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to develop creative and sustainable solutions that improve recruitment processes for your clients. Not as an agency recruiter, but as a true part of the organisation.
Does this sound like you? Then we'd love to meet you if you bring the following:
- Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working (HBO level or equivalent)
- A commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities
- The creativity to develop innovative recruitment solutions
- Strong account management and hands-on recruitment skills
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
