Over de functie

As an Inventory Employee, you are responsible for the daily control of inventory and processing goods movements in the system. You perform periodic counts and analyze discrepancies between physical stock and digital records. You will also manage the incoming and outgoing goods flow, including processing returns and reporting stock discrepancies. You will work a day shift from 08:00 to 17:00 and play a crucial role in optimizing inventory management processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and monthly stock checks
  • Analyzing and reporting stock differences
  • Processing goods movements in the Oracle ERP system
  • Receiving, processing and correctly storing incoming goods
  • Managing returns and processing defective products

Working Hours & Working Days:

? Work Days: Monday through Friday

? Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (day shift)

? Full-time: 40 hours per week

Wat wij vragen

  • Experience in inventory management within a logistics environment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory processes (experience with Oracle ERP is a plus)
  • Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities
  • In possession of or willing to apply for a VOG
