Samenvatting

We’re looking for a hands-on Housing & Transportation Coordinator who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you’ll be responsible for organizing and maintaining accommodation and transportation for our temporary workers. Occasionally, you’ll assist with driving as well. This position will be based in Venlo. Good work!

Organize and manage accommodation for temporary workers
Assign housing locations and monitor their livability
Coordinate transport: who goes where, when, and with which vehicle
Drive yourself when necessary (e.g., pick-up and drop-off service)
Communicate with residents and drivers
Carry out minor technical tasks or inspections when needed

Wat wij vragen

A valid category B driver’s license
Hands-on mentality – you don’t mind driving or doing check-ups
EU citizenship or a valid work permit in the Netherlands
Strong communication skills and stress resistance
Structured way of working with an eye for oversight
Good command of English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written and Turkish is a big plus
