As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for keeping our bakery production lines running smoothly. You will set up, operate, and monitor various machines that are essential for bread production. You’ll check the quality of finished products and make sure everything meets our high standards. If you spot a minor technical issue, you’ll be the first to notice and act. Keeping your workspace clean and tidy is part of your daily routine, as is following safety and hygiene regulations. You’ll be working on-site in a modern bakery, surrounded by the smell of fresh bread. The atmosphere is professional and structured, with everyone working together to meet daily production goals.
- Start, operate, and monitor bread production machinery
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production flow
- Identify and report minor machine faults
- Check products for quality and report any inconsistencies
- Keep your work area organized and clean
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines
You will work full time in a three-shift system, with regular opportunities for overtime. Standard shifts are scheduled across mornings, afternoons, and nights, so flexibility is key.

Wat wij vragen
- At least 1 year of experience as a machine operator, production worker, or similar role
- Technical aptitude and interest in operating machinery
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Willing and able to work in a three-shift system
- Responsible, attentive, and a good team player
- Able to communicate in English or Dutch
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
