The job
The Team Leader plays a key role in leading, developing, and supporting staff while contributing to whole-school improvement.

You demonstrate a strong commitment to international education and maintain awareness of current educational and global developments. With broad theoretical and practical knowledge of secondary education, you effectively translate educational vision into daily practice.

You approach challenges with confidence, proactivity, and creativity, applying strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment. Positive, inspiring, and adaptable, you motivate others while remaining flexible.

This role requires high levels of self-motivation, self-discipline, and professionalism. You show empathy and strong interpersonal skills. Cultural awareness and sensitivity are essential to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all.

Profiel kandidaat

An experienced teacher, with prior leadership experience;
A relevant degree, are eligible to work in the EU and you have a DUO recognized teaching qualification;
Proven ability to organise and manage educational processes;
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and project groups;
Initiative and capacity to help lead, develop, and implement school policies;
Commitment to international education and awareness of current developments;
A confident, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving;
A positive, inspiring, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset;
Understanding of and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds.
