Over de functie

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to making the perfect match with our clients. You act as a trusted advisor throughout the process. Additionally, you work closely with the recruitment team to develop strategies for attracting talent and optimizing our processes. In your role as a Recruiter, your tasks include:

Conducting intake interviews and screenings
Guiding candidates through the application process
Registering temporary workers and creating placements
Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Keeping up with relevant trends and developments within the labor market and the recruitment industry

Wat wij vragen

At least MBO working and thinking level
You are communicatively skilled in Dutch and English
You have an affinity for recruiting and working with people
Good social and communication skills
An analytical thinker and a great judge of people, able to see beyond resumes to the actual qualities of an employee

Wat wij bieden

Salary between € 2500 and 3100 gross per month depending on experience
Laptop and smartphone
25 vacation days and 8% vacation allowance

Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km or full reimbursement of public transport costs
