In brief

As Product Owner, you are responsible for maximising the value of the product. You develop a clear product vision, manage the product backlog and work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external. You ensure that the product meets the needs of the market and that the development team sets the right priorities. In addition, you closely follow market developments and have a broad interest. Did you know that research shows that male candidates are confident enough to apply if they meet around 60% of the requirements, while female candidates only apply if they tick every box. • Vision and strategy:

Develops a clear product vision and strategy in line with the client's business goals.

Communicates this vision effectively to all stakeholders.

• Product Backlog:

Creates, prioritises and manages the product backlog.

• Customer focus:

Represents the customer within the Scrum team.

Translates customer needs into concrete product requirements.

Actively manages your stakeholders.

Making periodic trips to our European offices for team alignment and support

• Collaboration:

Works closely with the development team, Scrum Master and other stakeholders.

Facilitates collaboration and resolves blockages.

• Maximising value:

Maximises the value of the product by making clear decisions.

This is where you recognize yourself

• An Agile mindset
• At least 4 years of experience in or with Agile team
• A strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
• Experience as a Product Owner
• You like to make a difference in the context you are working in
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed, brining over the ICT culture and transparent in your communication
• Stubborn and curious
• Want to keep developing, share knowledge and help shape the direction of the Agile profession
• You like to connect people and teams
• Excellent skills in at least the English language and preferably in Dutch
• In possession of a driving licence
