Chef banqueting & events at ASML

Together with your team, you will create an outstanding culinary experience and deliver exceptional hospitality every day. At ASML, we welcome employees and guests for a wide variety of meetings, receptions, and events. Working closely with the Banqueting Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales team, you will translate client requests into memorable culinary experiences. You will have the opportunity to further elevate both the quality of the dishes and their presentation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the kitchen team during preparation and service.
• Manage purchasing, staff scheduling, and cost analysis for menus and dishes.
• Ensure consistent food quality and compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality banqueting and event experiences.

Your working hours will generally be during regular office hours, with weekends off. However, as events occasionally take place in the evenings, we ask for flexibility when required. In return, you'll have a predictable schedule most of the time.

• Demonstrable experience as a Head Chef.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain oversight during busy service periods.
• Culinary creativity with the flexibility to adapt to guests' needs and expectations.
• Experience working with computer systems.
• Flexibility to work during events, including occasional evenings.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,461 and €4,478, based on full-time employment, in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (CAO).
• 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days, and participation in a pension scheme.
• An attractive travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for commuting distances of 10 km or more.
