Over de functie

As an Intercedent in Nederweert, you will be the link between temporary workers and employers within the staffing industry. You will join a close-knit team where the atmosphere is informal, collaborative, and friendly.

Your responsibilities:

Recruiting and selecting suitable temporary workers for open vacancies at various client companies
Supporting temporary workers throughout their entire journey — from the onboarding process to their career development within the organisation
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and advising them on effective staffing solutions
Handling administrative tasks, including preparing contracts, managing timesheets, and ensuring accurate payroll processing
Proactively following up on placements and monitoring satisfaction levels among both clients and temporary workers
Registering and monitoring sick leave and absence cases, as well as providing support in absence management processes

Wat wij vragen

Minimum MBO-level education or equivalent professional experience
At least 1–2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role; experience within the staffing industry is a plus
Strong communication and commercial skills
Good command of the English language
Knowledge of Polish and Dutch is an advantage
