Make a difference as Maintenance Administrator

As a Maintenance Administrator, you will ensure that all Seed Processing Maintenance processes and machine (Asset) documentation are up to date. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing spare parts to enable timely repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining up-to-date master data for all Seed Processing equipment within the Maintenance Management System;
• Coordinating asset verification at Seed Processing sites and updating documentation accordingly;
• Ensuring up-to-date maintenance documentation, including check-in/out of relevant documents and drawings;
• Managing the spare parts warehouse and ensuring availability for corrective and preventive maintenance;
• Overseeing preventive maintenance contracts and managing ordering and invoicing processes;
• Delivering monthly KPI reports on asset and document compliance, as well as spare part availability and consumption;
• Identifying and implementing improvements in maintenance processes and systems;
• Leading by example in safety and quality behavior;
• Acting as a global key user for the Maintenance Management System;

You will report to the Manager of Engineering & Maintenance and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including Maintenance Coordinators, Technicians, Reliability Engineers, and suppliers.

What you bring as a future colleague

• MBO degree, preferably in a technical field;
• 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or project organization, preferably in an operational environment;
• Experience in the food or similar industries is a plus;
• Familiarity with document and maintenance management systems;
• Affinity with financial processes and technical understanding;
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications;
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working;
• Proficiency in Dutch and English;
• Ability to work under pressure and frequently with a computer screen;
• Willingness to work across different time zones and travel internationally.
