At International Columbus Childcare, we support children in their development from an early age. We take walks with the children through the nature on campus, where they explore the world around them. We are looking for a loving, dedicated, and professional childcare worker for our baby group.

• You play a key role in the development of our youngest children, creating a safe, warm, and stimulating environment where every child feels seen and loved.
• You understand how important structure, attention, and calm are during this stage of life. You follow the children’s daily rhythm and respond to their individual needs. You are attentive to signals, sensitive to non-verbal communication, and offer warmth and closeness.
• Connection is at the heart of your work — with the children, their parents, and your colleagues. You work with respect for different cultures and backgrounds, and you see diversity as an enrichment of the group. You communicate in an open and professional manner, also in English, and you have a basic knowledge of the Dutch language.
• Together with your team, you ensure that every child feels seen, heard, and safe — every single day.

What we offer:

• A 32-hour employment contract spread over four working days.
• A salary in accordance with the Dutch Childcare Collective Labour Agreement (depending on age and experience).
• 8% holiday allowance, 3% year-end bonus, and pension contributions through the Pension Fund for the Care and Welfare sector (Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn).
• Attractive secondary benefits, including a bicycle plan, travel expense reimbursement, an €8 monthly contribution toward your health insurance, and a group health insurance plan with CZ for you and your family members.
• Start date 15 June 2025 (other dates negotiable)
