We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen and support our Recruitment team based in The Netherlands. To find and hire the best qualified candidate (from within or outside Enza Zaden) for senior and international job openings, in a timely and cost effective manner.
Worldwide, Enza Zaden has more than 2,000 employees, more than 45 subsidiairies and three joint ventures in 25 countries. You support our (international) business managers and work closely with the HR generalists in the different countries if help is needed.
You manage and execute the full end-to-end recruitment process by planning, managing and executing sourcing strategies to attract the best talent. Your focus is an ongoing candidate pipeline, targeting vacancies, interviewing and managing relationships with senior management. You conduct in depth; competence based interviews and select the best talent. By providing a first class customer experience, you create a great candidate experience.
As a trusting business partner, you advise senior management on their staffing needs by building and maintaining a good relationship and business knowledge. As a Senior Corporate Recruiter you look proactively for, exchange and share information (medium-term future). You support and challenge, make agreements and manage expectations and be a sparringspartner.
This role is all about finding and attracting national and international talent for our fast growing company. As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you are present at and organise recruitment fairs, events and tours. We need your passion for recruitment and knowledge about recruitment marketing. To further optimise and improve our recruitment process in an efficient and pro-active way you active participate als a Project Manager in Recruitment, Employer Branding and Labour Market Communication projects in line with our Recruitment strategy and Enza Zaden values.
The Recruitment department consists of 1 manager, 2 Corporate Recruiters, an intern and together with them you will make a difference in the coming years for Enza Zaden as an organization. You will join a warm and close-knit team!
You're a recruiter by heart. You have done it for at least 10 years and you simply love it. Agency, inhouse, contracting... The hunt for the candidate and serving your internal clients is what make you tick. You are curious, innovative, always willing to learn and you want to have success. Through your open and clear communication, you have the ability to develop and maintain networks both internally and externally in the organization to identify talent and build ongoing pipelines. You function well in a multidisciplinary team and are able to work independently. You are eager to deliver the best candidate experience and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
You lead by example and are able to develop, guide and share knowledgde to the other Corporate Recruiters.
In short, you:
- Have a Bachelor degree
- Have at least 10 years of working experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Are good and experienced in stakeholdermanagement with middle and senior management
- Knowlegde about recruitment marketing, employer branding and labour market communication and project management
- Have a creative solution driven mind-set, analytical skills and good organizational skills
- Good understanding both verbal and written in Dutch and English
