Deputy Head 1,0 FTE

The International School Wassenaar - Rijnlands Lyceum (ISW-RL) is seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our secondary leadership team as Deputy Head. The Deputy Head plays a key role in ensuring a safe, supportive and well-organised learning environment for students across the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP).
Job profile:
The Deputy Head provides day-to-day leadership of pastoral systems and student discipline across the MYP and DP, leads and develops the mentor/advisory programme, coordinates key trips and whole-school or whole-year events, and supports consistent implementation and evaluation of school policy. The role is strongly parent-facing and requires excellent communication and organisation. In addition, the Deputy Head has teaching duties.
