We aspire to achieve this by coaching teams within finance organization on how to manage and use data and by letting our colleagues discover opportunities based on better data. Every team within finance has data challenges that can be solved by working together.

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Specialist within the finance organization, you will be responsible for converting the data into analyses, dashboards & reports and above all, insights. Using these insights, we will further improve the efficacy, efficiency and quality of our processes and contribute to the success of our company.

As a member of the Data, Analytics and Reporting Team of Finance, you will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of the reporting and analytics process and you will;

• compile and comprehend the insight needs of finance users, 
• translate them into reporting and data requirements,
• investigate functional and cross-functional data sources,
• query and validate the data,
• create descriptive and predictive analytics, reporting and visualization end-products,and then narrate and communicate on the outcomes so that your colleagues can use such end products, independently.

Profiel kandidaat

If,

• You have a solid finance background and experience,
• You have on-hands working experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, Microsoft Excel and  preferably also with SQL
• Have the passion for data and analytics,
• Willing to participate in trainings and also personally develop yourself,
• you feel comfortable in an environment that evolves quickly,
• you are willing to create processes in an agile environment with a positive and pragmatic attitude rather than functioning in a rigid ecosystem,
